General<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms govern the rules for using the ModusClass platform.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By using the website, the user agrees to these terms.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. User Accounts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registration may be required to use the platform.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The user is responsible for:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>data accuracy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>password protection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>activities on their account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Courses and Access<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By purchasing a course, the user receives:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>personal access to the content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the right to use it only through the platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following is not permitted:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sharing access<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>copying or reselling courses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Payments and Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By making a payment, the user agrees to the platform&#8217;s terms.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases where it is mandatory under applicable laws.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Role of Instructors<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Instructors may:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>publish courses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>set prices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>communicate with students<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Instructors are responsible for:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>information accuracy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>copyright compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Instructor Payouts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Instructors may request a payout of their earnings.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payouts:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>are processed monthly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are paid on the first day of the month<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>may be delayed during verification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Prohibited Use<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users must not:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>misuse the platform<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>access the system without authorization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>copy content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>use the platform for illegal purposes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ModusClass does not guarantee:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>uninterrupted availability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>complete accuracy of the content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The platform is not responsible for:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>technical issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>content published by instructors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9. Account Termination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ModusClass may:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>suspend an account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>restrict access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">if these terms are violated.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10. Amendments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ModusClass reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>11.
